Hi I'm Stacey Bower a spiritual medium, healer and crystal guide helping people find clarity, balance and connection in a real, grounded way. Through readings, energy work, crystal sales, retreats and workshops, I support people in reconnecting with themselves and stepping confidently into their next chapter.

I also host the Guide to Spirituality Podcast and founded the Spiritual Business Awards to celebrate authenticity within the spiritual community.

My approach is down-to-earth, honest and practical — because I believe spirituality should feel accessible to everyone.
